PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT ITEMS AS YOU PREPARE TO REGISTER YOUR PRODUCTION.

1)  AMPLE NOTICE

In order to ensure the best possible service, especially in terms of locating respondents for your project, Region 5’s policy is as follows regarding “Ample Notice”:
--Associate Productions must be registered no later than 3 weeks prior to opening.
--Participating Productions must be registered no later than 4 weeks prior to opening.
--Participating Productions must be registered no later than October 15, 2008, regardless of opening date, in order to be considered for Festival 41 (January, 2009.)  Participating productions must be available for attendance by Regional Selection Team members no later than December 6, 2008.
--Productions that do not meet these policies can not be assured of a respondent or
other festival participation.
--If the registration you are about to enter does not meet these requirements, but you feel you should still be allowed to register your production due to extenuating circumstances or hardship, please contact Tom Woldt, Region V Chair BEFORE you register the production to discuss options (tom.woldt@simpson.edu).

2)  ATTENTION TO DETAILS

When registering your production(s), please take extra care to fill out all pertinent information.  We have regularly received entries that, for example, do not include specific performance dates and times.  Please help us by filling out all information in its entirety.
